My current plan doesn’t really work for me. Can I change plans?
Yes. As soon as you decide to switch, you can let us know. We will change your plan on the first day of the next month.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. Let us know as soon as possible, and your subscription will be cancelled as of the first day of the next month.
Some of your plans have quality assurance of requests. What does that mean?
It refers to an independent quality check. A technician from team A does the work, and a technician from team B confirms if it was done correctly. It is our way of knowing if we have completed the job successfully.
Will you come to my office to solve a problem?
No. We have a fully operational system in place that allows us to solve your problems remotely. That way you don’t have to wait for us to arrive at your office – we can start working on your issue right away.
